What’s the formula for happiness?

The only way to be happy is to stop fixating on the past; but “moving on” is all too often just code for letting the past define who you are, letting your hurt, anger and fear feed on the possibilities of your life, devouring what might be, controlling what you do now and who you do it with, while never healing old wounds. Yet each day renews. Let it renew you! Accept the past but don’t let it define you. Welcome the possibilities in each moment. Cherish what is good in your life so that it can blossom. Love begets Love; anger begets anger; silence begets silence; fear begets fear; hurt begets hurt; it’s really such a simple formula.
